01 · Who we are

A combat medic who writes the software

Beers Labs LLC is an Oregon limited liability company in Canby, Oregon, owned and run 100 percent by Dylan Beers, a service-connected U.S. Army veteran and former combat medic. SBA VetCert certifies it as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) and a veteran-owned small business (VOSB). We build software for military and veteran health: clinical workflow tools, crisis-support platforms, and modernization on SharePoint, Power Platform and data.

Small means fast. The owner writes the code, answers the phone and decides the same day, so working prototypes arrive in days and there is no overhead to price around.

The owner also brings a health and military background that most software vendors do not: a combat medic's view of care, and hands-on hearing conservation work inside Army health systems.

What we do

Health

Health IT and clinical workflow software

Software shaped by hands-on clinical work: hearing conservation testing in DOEHRS-HC and MHS GENESIS, TCCC casualty documentation, and patient-facing web and native iOS apps with accounts and real-time chat in production today.

Modernization

VA and DHA modernization

SharePoint and Power Automate document control (approval routing, versioning, scheduled publish) provisioned as code; data cleanup, migration and reporting; LLM document and data extraction.

Crisis care

Crisis and caring-contacts software

We built and run a live crisis-support platform for a suicide-prevention nonprofit: real-time chat with trained volunteers, safety-plan tools and scheduled check-ins.

Operations

Routing and scheduling

Beers Route, our scheduling and dispatch platform, including an inspection mode that follows HUD NSPIRE standards, severities and correction deadlines.

Training

Section 508 e-learning

SCORM 2004 4th Edition and SCORM 1.2 courses in mobile-first HTML5, built to WCAG 2.1 AA with zero axe-core violations, schema-valid manifests, and tested for completion, score and resume.

Charlie Care Inc. · 501(c)(3) nonprofit

A crisis-support platform for the first seven days

Charlie Care is a suicide-prevention nonprofit focused on the window from day 0 to day 7 after a crisis: the gap between a 988 call or an emergency room visit and the start of longer-term care.

Beers Labs designed and built its platform and runs it on Cloudflare, with a native iOS app as the client.

Beers Route

Own product · live October 2026

Scheduling and dispatch platform with its own road router. On all 56 Solomon routing benchmarks it matched the best-known fleet size and averaged 0.12 percent from the best-known distance. Its inspection mode follows HUD NSPIRE and exchanges files with Yardi Voyager and Emphasys Elite exports.
